Shipping & Returns
The following are Posh Events and Favors' policies regarding shipping:
- We use a variety of carriers - primarily UPS but also USPS and FedEx - and will ship your order via the most efficient means.
- Our flat rate shipping costs are based on the total weight of all items you ordered and the shipping method you choose. Orders over 25 lbs. may require additional freight charges. Should the weight exceed our carriers' limits, we will contact you regarding other freight options.
The following are Posh Events and Favors' policies regarding returns:
- You must notify Posh of any defective or broken item within 48 hours, and we will provide instructions via email on returning those items.
- Undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of date purchased, but only if they are unused and in the original packaging. You will receive credit for the amount you paid for the order less a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping cost.
- Credit for returned items will be in the form of your original payment, e.g. if you paid via Paypal, your credit will be issued via Paypal.
- Items that have been personalized or customized may not be returned, except if they are damaged during shipping. Then you must notify Posh within 48 hours of receipt, and we will provide instructions on your return. The item(s) must be returned to Posh in the original damaged envelope or box, so that we may file a claim with the carrier.
